About The Position

Long-Lewis of Alabaster is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Quick Lane Advisor Assistant to join our growing team! This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by welcoming customers, assisting Quick Lane Advisors, and helping ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through our fast-paced Quick Lane service department. The Quick Lane Advisor Assistant will greet customers as they arrive, confirm appointments, gather basic information about the reason for their visit, and ensure a smooth transition to a Quick Lane Advisor. They will assist with keeping customers informed of their vehicle's service status, help obtain repair and maintenance approvals, and provide administrative support throughout the maintenance process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including summer heat and winter weather
• Minimum of two years of dealership or quick lube facility experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
