We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Quick Enroll Specialist to join our EdPlus Success Center team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating graduate and undergraduate course recommendations and pre-admission evaluations. You will work in a fast-paced environment with pre- and post-admitted student files in securing class registrations, as well as with potential student files for pre-evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Demonstrated knowledge of registrar practices, course scheduling and school admissions.
Experience pulling, analyzing and applying pertinent data sets.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
Evidence of effective communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct once projects are identified.
Demonstrated ability to perform as a high-functioning team member in a position that requires flexibility and resiliency.
Experience in planning, analyzing and coordinating activities and establishing priorities.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to interpret information and make decisions.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including email, spreadsheets, presentations and documents.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
Experience with Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability to quickly change priorities that may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

Serves as the point of contact for Enrollment Coaches for pre-evaluations, course recommendations and registration.
Collaborates with academic units and services throughout the University to facilitate student support.
Assists in the development, editing and distribution of course recommendation items, brochures, and documents.
Works closely with their manager to meet required goals.
May attend local meetings with academic units to learn about program updates.
Initiates and prepares administrative reports.
Clearly communicates to perform essential functions.
Performs data entry tasks as needed.
May present trends or findings in regular staff meetings as well as an overview of processes to other departments.
Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
