Queue Merchandise Coordinator
About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Queue Merchandise Coordinator, you will help grow our Social Enterprise business through creation of queue and new merchandise orders for our retail stores. You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
- Able to work with little supervision
- Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Establish transparency and accuracy in ordering merchandise and filling orders to retail stores.
- Collaborate with store teams and leadership for in-store merchandising and signage.
- Effectively train team members, and store teams on purchased product processes and merchandising through email correspondence and store visits.
- Take inventory cycles and prepare and distribute sales and unit movement reports.
- Build relationships with store team members to accurately communicate inventory needs.
