About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate loaders and related equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently. Perform routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation and report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain clean, organized work areas to support consistent production flow. Collaborate with team members and follow all site safety procedures and guidelines. Assist with general quarry tasks as needed to support daily operations.

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment with strong situational awareness.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to established procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to perform physical tasks and work in variable outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work priorities.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
