About The Position

To assist in trouble-shooting and providing technical support for Quantum Rehab products and problem resolution for Providers.

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to use hand tools and standard power tools
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
Excellent telephone etiquette skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Push/Pull/Lift 25 lbs.
At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience in an environment supporting design, manufacturing, or technical processes
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation
Associate degree in an electronics, technical or biomedical related field

Assist in trouble-shooting Quantum Rehab products and provide technical support for all Providers
Enter orders and data received via the telephone, web, and faxes
Identify and communicate areas for improvement regarding customer satisfaction
Report all service complaints that can be deemed as a Quality Concern to the Regulatory and Compliance team (injury, property damage, etc.)
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
