About The Position

We are seeking a Quantum Error Correction Scientist to develop and evaluate QEC methods, decoding approaches, and fault-tolerant architectures for superconducting quantum computing systems. The successful candidate will help connect theoretical QEC research with experimental capabilities and long-term system requirements.

Requirements

  • PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in quantum error correction or quantum information science.
  • Experience with decoding, logical-error simulation, or stabilizer codes.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and programming skills.
  • Ability to connect theoretical models with experimental constraints.
