About The Position

All Options is seeking Graduate Quantitative Traders to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves a six-month training program combining advanced option theory with practical market-making experience. The initial four weeks focus on mastering options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and shadowing. Following this, trainees will actively trade on the desk under mentor guidance with ongoing coaching and performance support. This position is ideal for traders aiming for rapid growth and immediate market impact.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, such as programming (Python).
  • A commitment to researching and improving trading strategies.
  • Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for the trading day by understanding market conditions and products traded.
  • Gather information on risk and payoff characteristics of options and translate this into correct volatility pricing.
  • Be responsible for pricing and trading options on listed financial instruments.
  • Manage and optimize daily trading positions.
  • Collaborate with trading teams and developers to adjust pricing variables and system settings based on current market conditions.
  • Continuously monitor the market to research and identify profitable opportunities.
  • Learn and contribute to building, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s codebase and technology stack.
