About The Position

Requirements
- Active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Familiarity with church organization, callings, and vernacular
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to conduct quality interviews
- Genuine ability to connect with people
- Ability to listen (not talk over interviewees)
- Ability to stay focused on the provided questions
- Dependability (tight timelines for project, little to no wiggle room for mistakes)
- Ability to connect with youth
- Local to the countries in which they’ll be interviewing
- Intimately familiar with the country and its culture

- Previous work experience in quantitative research
