About The Position

We are a small, elite team of AI researchers and engineers focused on building predictive models across commodities, prediction markets, and global macro. The Alpha Signal Program is designed to attract talent from unconventional backgrounds, recognizing that valuable insights often come from individuals without traditional credentials. This is not a standard job; instead, you will bring a predictive signal (a model, a systematic strategy, or a unique market insight) and we will provide the capital, execution, risk management, and infrastructure. Your compensation will be a performance fee directly linked to the success of your signal. You can work remotely, on your own schedule, and alongside other commitments. The potential upside is significant if your signal performs well, with minimal risk if it does not.

Requirements

• Ability to show a genuine edge and explain why it holds up.
• Supporting material such as a CV, track record, or a short description of your signal or approach.
• Willingness to sign an NDA to discuss sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine predictive signals in areas such as commodities (energy, metals, agriculture), prediction markets (event probabilities, mispriced odds), and global macro (rates, FX, sovereign risk, cross-asset calls).
• Bring a signal—a model, a systematic strategy, or a way of reading a market—that you believe provides an edge.
• Work alongside a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers.
