About The Position

Ipsos Doxa, a leader in the Italian market research sector formed by the merger of Ipsos and Doxa, is seeking a Quantitative Research Intern for its Milan office. The intern will be placed within the Brand Health Tracking Service Line, which supports local and international clients in brand activation through measurements and insights. This service line acts as consultants in brand development, utilizing multiple data sources to guide brand activities for sustainable growth. They combine cognitive science, marketing, technology, and expertise to understand consumer behavior and brand choices. In times of crisis, monitoring brand activation is crucial for navigating uncertainty by providing information on market changes and consumer behavior, helping to identify new needs and build brand credibility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferably in Statistics/Marketing/Economics.
  • Excellent use of the Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, graphs, search.vert function, 'SE' function).
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the operational phases of market research, from start-up to delivery of results.
  • Assist in the set-up phase by writing questionnaires and data processing specifications.
  • In the on-going phase, check statistical data-tables and the coding of open-ended questions.
  • Support in the delivery phase by interpreting data with the study responsible and assisting in the preparation of the final report in PowerPoint, including survey results and an executive summary.
