We are seeking an AI-native Quantitative Analyst (VP) to join our Strategy and Insights team. This role is located in New York, NY. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or beyond) in a quantitative field
3+ years of experience in financial services
Facility with AI and the modern data science toolkit, and the ability to implement in Python and SQL
Practical experience with AI-assisted code development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Devin Desktop, etc.)
Practical experience with large data sets, data quality control, analytics and modeling
Experience producing clear graphical representations and data visualizations
A commercial mindset with superior time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Instinctual curiosity and reflexive collaboration
