About The Position

This is a potential future position with JCTM pending contract award. IOD requires rigorous analysis of mission and organizational data to support performance evaluation, operational insight, and timely decision-making. As a Quantitative Analyst with JCTM, you will support advanced data analysis, organizational performance analysis, forecasting, risk assessment, metrics, dashboards, and other analytical activities. Requirements

Experience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation and data analysis.
Experience with performance metrics, forecasting, risk assessments, dashboards, reporting, or related analytical tools.
Technical communication skills sufficient to present and document complex analytical findings for diverse audiences.
Experience with applicable Microsoft 365 capabilities supporting analysis, delivery, and knowledge management.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Power BI, Microsoft 365, data-visualization software such as Tableau, GIS software such as ESRI, and commercially available artificial-intelligence applications where applicable.

Responsibilities

Perform or support advanced data analysis.
Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
Support organizational performance and operational analysis.
Develop or support performance measures, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
Support forecast modeling and risk assessments.
Support mission-data analysis and division-level performance metrics.
Support data visualization, dashboards, and reporting.
Translate and document complex analytical findings as clear, actionable insight.
Support identification of data sources and data feeds used for timely data-driven decision-making.
Apply CISA data standards and the enterprise conceptual data model to applicable analytical work.
