About The Position

Join JPMorganChase’s Acquisition Enablement Platforms team in Digital Analytics and help power the end-to-end account opening experience for millions of customers. You will turn complex product and platform data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance, reliability, and customer outcomes. You will work side-by-side with product and technology partners and see your work directly influence decisions and delivery. This role is ideal for an analytics professional who enjoys measurement design, storytelling, and scaling self-service analytics. As a Senior Associate, Digital Analytics at JPMorganChase within the Acquisition Enablement Platforms team, you will serve as the analytics backbone for product and technology partners across a high-impact platform. You will define measurement strategy, build analytical frameworks, and create reliable dashboards and governed datasets that enable consistent decision-making. You will also help accelerate insight generation through responsible use of Artificial Intelligence-enabled tools while ensuring results are validated and reproducible.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (for example, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
3+ years of applied experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Advanced SQL skills and experience using Alteryx and Snowflake for large-scale data exploration, profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Quantum Metric for digital instrumentation and behavioral analytics
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot to build executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting
Demonstrated ability to use Artificial Intelligence-assisted coding and analysis tools to automate recurring reporting, standardize insight narratives, and build reusable analysis assets with validated results
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to frame ambiguous questions, structure analytical approaches, and deliver insight-driven recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear, compelling stories to senior stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting platform or application programming interface-based product ecosystems (for example, account opening, onboarding, or identity platforms)
Preferably experience or background supporting digital products in banking or financial technology
Familiarity with anomaly detection techniques and building alerting pipelines
Exposure to experimentation or test-and-learn frameworks to measure feature impact
Understanding of digital funnel analytics and customer journey measurement
Experience working in an Agile product delivery environment

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day analytics for the Application Status product, partnering with product and engineering teams to measure feature impact and guide iterative improvements
Define and develop goals and key performance metrics across platform capabilities, establishing a measurement framework to monitor health, performance, and reliability
Analyze data across multiple platform capabilities to identify trends, anomalies, and gaps; communicate insights and recommendations to product and technology stakeholders
Design and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to track interaction volumes and create proactive alerting to detect anomalies and platform degradation
Use Artificial Intelligence-enabled tools to accelerate data integration, analysis, and narrative standardization while maintaining validated, reproducible outputs
Design scalable analytical data models and governed datasets that enable reliable self-service reporting, metric consistency, and downstream automation
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data engineering teams to ensure instrumentation, pipelines, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business goals
Build reusable analysis playbooks and frameworks that improve speed-to-insight and expand analytics maturity across the platform
