About The Position

As a Quality professional at Primoris Services Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and processes adhere to the highest quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and maintaining quality control systems to deliver excellence across our diverse range of services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
• Proven ability to conduct inspections, audits, and non-conformance reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for various projects.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews of project sites, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and client requirements.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the testing and inspection of materials, equipment, and completed work to verify adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Train and educate project personnel on quality control principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions.
• Participate in project planning and design phases to incorporate quality considerations from the outset.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a shared understanding and commitment to quality.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive quality reports to management and clients.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance and control.
