About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Installer Lead to serve as crew leader on residential and light commercial insulation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading a crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Requirements

  • 2+ years of insulation installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insulation methods and materials.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heat, cold, heights and low ceiling spaces.
  • Valid Class E driver’s license and ability to pull trailers.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of insulation materials and ability to determine best material for a project.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.
  • Ability to read blueprints and calculate insulation needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain Class E Drivers License within 30 days.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervision experience of spray foam equipment and crew preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise spray foam insulation crew on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Install spray foam insulation and well as other insulation materials including fiberglass and blown-in.
  • Review job scopes and plans and communicate expectations to crew members.
  • Ensure work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
  • Load and unload materials and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisors and customers as needed.
