The North America Quality organization is seeking a Control Tower Manager to lead a high-impact team based at the Headquarters & Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This leadership role is responsible for driving the identification, investigation, and resolution of warranty-related issues impacting customer satisfaction. The Manager will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Service organizations to ensure timely root cause identification and resolution of field concerns. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep automotive quality experience and a passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and delivering best-in-class customer outcomes.
