About The Position

The Quality Transformation Engineer plays a critical role in advancing Moog’s enterprise-wide Quality Transformation journey. This role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and deploying systems that embed quality into every step of the value stream — from supplier through final assembly and shipment. This includes ensuring that all external suppliers meet Moog’s performance expectations for delivery, quality, and conformance to design specifications, and that customers receive defect-free, reliable products. The engineer will occasionally engage directly with customers to support audits, resolve product or process issues, and collaborate on improvement initiatives that strengthen Moog’s reputation as a trusted partner.
