Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Proven strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and develop strong partnerships across functional areas and organizational levels.
Strong writing and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of quality or production experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality assessments on materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Support equipment calibration and product testing.
Facilitate new hire and on-the-job training using established materials.
Assist in the development of SOPs, job aids, and training documents.
Communicate findings to supervisors and escalate issues as needed.
Participate in 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain inspection and training records accurately.
