The Quality Testing Supervisor (QTS) is responsible for overseeing all materials testing activities associated with construction quality assurance and quality control operations. The QTS ensures that all field and laboratory testing is performed in accordance with project specifications, approved testing procedures, applicable industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates testing personnel, verifies compliance of testing documentation, ensures proper calibration and certification of testing equipment, and supports the overall implementation of the Quality Management Plan (QMP). The QTS serves as a key member of the Quality Organization (QO) and works closely with QA inspectors, laboratories, project management, subcontractors, and owner representatives to ensure construction materials and workmanship meet contract requirements.
