Your Role at Baxter This is where your creativity addresses challenges In the Quality Technician role, you will support manufacturing and assembly operations by ensuring product quality and smooth production flow. You’ll manage nonconforming materials, including their removal, transfer, and rework, while performing final quality inspections, documentation reviews, and product release activities. Your Team at Baxter You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team of quality professionals, engineers, and production personnel dedicated to maintaining high standards across manufacturing operations. This team collaborates with interal groups to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Together, you’ll help deliver safe, reliable products that make a meaningful impact. This is a second shift position, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
