About The Position
Westaff is looking for a Quality Technician in the Leominster MA area for Immediate Start! This role involves performing quality and laboratory testing, collecting samples, documenting results, operating specific machinery, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting quality control and production teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, quality, or lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Responsibilities
- Perform quality and laboratory testing (durometer, gravity, color, etc.)
- Collect samples and document test results
- Operate roll mills and hydraulic presses
- Maintain lab equipment and follow safety procedures
- Support quality control and production teams
