About The Position

Adler Pelzer Group is a globally leading supplier of components and systems for the commercial vehicle and automotive industries headquartered in France. We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician. The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process. Note: This section is not inclusive. Other duties are assigned as necessary to support team goals. Please refer to the required list of skills and experience below. Education can be substituted with equivalent experience. Responsibilities

  • Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions.
  • Test realization of pellet specific gravity
  • Tests realization of Melt flow rate
  • Prepare material test reports
  • Assurance the Check Fixture Usage
  • Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database.
  • Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices
  • Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting
  • Complete testing per Work Instructions.
  • Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Assist in training new operators to WI’s and customer specification requirements.
  • Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends.
  • Adhere to ISO 14001 requirements
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
  • Adhere to Customer Specific requirements
  • Execution of layered process audits
