Requirements
- Experience with CMMs, vision systems, calipers, gauges, or similar measurement tools
- Manufacturing and/or quality experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills
- Basic Microsoft 365 skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional product inspections
- Operate Vision Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other inspection equipment
- Record inspection results and quality data
- Investigate issues and support root cause analysis
- Help maintain our ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FSSC 22000 based quality management system
- Partner with Operations to maximize quality and production performance
