The Quality Technician I provides effective functional support of assigned Quality and Supplier Quality processes, goods and services, to meet functional department and customers' requirements. Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support Non-Conforming Material.
  • Report basic feedback to Focus Factory and Customer Focused Team with issues during the shift, in order to help continuous improvement activities.
  • Understands and follows Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and adheres to regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors own work to ensure quality standard is met as well as look for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste at work.
  • Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.
  • Lead in development and providing direction of Quality Inspectors.
