About The Position

SRC Technologies is a Remanufacturing Solutions Provider focused on working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers to build successful rotating electrical and electronic offerings. As an employee-owner, you will be reporting to the Quality Manager, and your responsibility is to support the objectives of the Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, organization, and multi-tasking are highly encouraged skill set needed.
  • Capable of accurately inspecting parts using standard quality measurement tools including Calipers, Micrometers, multimeters etc..
  • Must be able to interpret Schematics, blueprints, material specifications and/or other criteria for inspection purposes.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools
  • Must be able to accurately record and process data using CSI or other data management software.

Responsibilities

  • Support verification that product received / inspected complies with applicable specifications and requirements.
  • Capable of accurately inspecting parts using standard quality measurement tools including Calipers, Micrometers, multimeters etc..
  • Must be able to interpret Schematics, blueprints, material specifications and/or other criteria for inspection purposes.
  • Audit products and processes according to applicable instructions or other criteria.
  • Supports the Quality Engineers’ efforts.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to address and resolve product/process issues as they relate to supplier products, internal defects, and customer reported defects.
  • Participates in a team approach to root cause analysis efforts with the goal instituting sound corrective actions that eliminate the issue.
  • Perform basic tool calibrations and ensure proper tool functions.
  • Provide sorting assistance when suspect product is found.
  • Flex responsibilities to support the needs of the Quality department.

  • Support the Warranty department in processing return materials for evaluations.
  • Work attendance must be exemplary.
