About The Position

This position is responsible for receiving and testing returned material. The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following: Verify that returned product has a Return Material Authorization number. Verify the return statements are correct. Interface with Quality and Engineering Departments concerning returned materials. Determine if the product is a return to stock or product requiring further evaluation. Examine and perform “end of the line” test to identify product malfunction. Disassemble product, as required, for further analysis of product malfunction. Prepare documentation for all returned goods. Compile and file list of processed returns. Lift or move up to 50 pounds when handling equipment or product. Use the following software when performing this job: MAC-PAC, Microsoft Word and Excel software. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Engineering; or minimum one year related experience; or combination of education and related experience.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds when handling equipment or product.
Proficiency in MAC-PAC, Microsoft Word and Excel software.
