About The Position
Execute all required product inspections and tests to ensure quality standards are met for labels and functional die-cut materials. This role performs receiving, in-process, and final checks, accurately documents results, and promptly identifies and segregates non-conforming materials. Assists higher-level technicians with specialized testing when required. This is an hourly, non-exempt production support role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year’s experience in quality inspection or technical roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections on incoming raw materials.
- Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of the printing and converting processes.
- Execute final inspections of finished products before shipment.
- Accurately measure parts using standard hand tools and specialized inspection equipment.
- Assist QC Technician II and Quality Engineering with executing basic PPAP measurement and revalidation tasks.
- Immediately identify, tag, and segregate any non-conforming material and alert the QC Lead or Manager.
