About The Position

At ABB, we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This position reports to the Integrated Product Unit Leader. As a global market leader, ABB provides the resources needed to succeed. This role involves assisting the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, and training on tools and methodologies. Daily support of quality management activities within the organizational unit is expected. The role also involves reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintaining process documentation. The work model for this role is ONSITE.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Medium proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
• Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
• Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.
