TURN UP THE HEAT ON YOUR CAREER! NOW HIRING: QUALITY TECHNICIAN (FOOD MANUFACTURING). This role is for a high-energy ketchup & BBQ sauce manufacturing plant. The Quality Technician is the guardian of quality, the defender of flavor, and the final word before products hit the shelves.
Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs) is a big plus
- Flexibility and reliability
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods with precision
- Conduct quality tests to ensure every bottle meets our high standards
- Monitor production lines and jump in when something’s off
- Document findings and maintain detailed records
- Partner with production teams to keep everything running smooth and safe
- Help drive continuous improvement
