About The Position

The Quality Technician will maintain metrics, analyze information and summarize indicators to identify trends that adversely affect product quality and business performance.

Requirements

• Associates degree, 2 years of college experience or 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and identify trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency working with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using light industrial testing equipment, a plus
• Experience using CMM Vision System, a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with departments on Non-Conformance / Corrective Action status.
• Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities (Rework, Deviations, Scrap, etc.)
• Help implement quality initiatives and efficiencies
• Collect, analyze and report trends that affect quality
• Prepare performance metrics and quality reports
• Maintain records including SQDC and KPI Boards
• Assist with the preparation of FAIR (First Article Inspection reports)
