About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a 6-month assignment in Lake Orion, MI. If you have manufacturing quality experience, enjoy working with customers and suppliers, and are familiar with PPAP processes, this is a great opportunity to expand your skills while earning competitive pay.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of quality-related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with PPAP processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate PPAP requirements with manufacturing plants to meet customer expectations
• Communicate project updates with customers and vendors via phone and email
• Assist with weekly and monthly quality reports
• Support quality documentation and continuous improvement activities
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow all company quality procedures, business system policies, and safety guidelines
• Keep your workspace organized and perform additional duties as assigned
