The Quality Technician position is a night shift role (6pm-6:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, designated for the D Crew. This role is crucial for supporting the Laboratory department by executing and coordinating various lab processes. Key responsibilities include preparing samples for analytical testing, performing routine to complex analyses using approved methods, accurately recording results, and operating and maintaining laboratory equipment. The technician will also be involved in preparing standards and reagents, maintaining cleanliness, interpreting data, and drafting reports. Adherence to SOPs, Quality Assurance/Quality Control documents, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is essential. The role requires working with dairy and nut products, as well as other ingredients and allergens.
