About The Position

The Quality Technician provides hands-on support by identifying and investigating nonconformances on the shop floor and from products returned from the field (RMAs). This role ensures issues are thoroughly investigated and supported with accurate data to drive effective corrective actions and maintain product and process quality.

Requirements

  • 2 years in a full-time engineering or quality-related role required.
  • Identify, analyze, and report on nonconforming conditions with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Perform inspections and tests to resolve issues in real time on the shop floor.
  • Use measurement tools and inspection methods to support investigations.
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills.
  • Ensure accuracy in findings, reports, and feedback to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to support corrective actions and improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
