About The Position

The Quality Technician provides hands-on support by identifying and investigating nonconformances on the shop floor and from products returned from the field (RMAs). This role ensures issues are thoroughly investigated and supported with accurate data to drive effective corrective actions and maintain product and process quality.

Requirements

• 2 years in a full-time engineering or quality-related role required.
• Identify, analyze, and report on nonconforming conditions with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Perform inspections and tests to resolve issues in real time on the shop floor.
• Use measurement tools and inspection methods to support investigations.
• Intermediate level of Excel skills.
• Ensure accuracy in findings, reports, and feedback to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to support corrective actions and improvements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate nonconformances on the shop floor and analyze customer returns (RMAs).
• Perform targeted inspections and testing to identify root causes of failures and support corrective actions.
• Provide support to ensure quality processes are executed effectively in manufacturing.
• Document findings, support analysis, and provide accurate feedback to drive process and product improvements.
• Work closely with engineers, inspectors, and managers to support quality system effectiveness.
