The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring all products conform to customer specifications and adhere to food quality and food safety standards. This role involves performing various analyses on raw materials, finished batches, and other materials, as well as conducting audits to monitor product and packaging integrity. The technician will also check process control parameters, maintain accurate records, and ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly. This position operates within a fast-paced production plant environment and requires adherence to all health and safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements.
