Become part of our great team as a Quality Technician. We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Technician with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence to join our team. The Quality Technician uses a wide range of measuring equipment to determine conformance of parts to drawing requirements. Calibrates or arranges for calibration of measuring and testing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a balance of drive, humility, and people skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years in an inspection job or manufacturing job that includes inspection and calibration
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
  • Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and job responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee

Responsibilities

  • Inspects parts for first article reports
  • Inspects parts for process study reports
  • Maintaines first article, process study and pilot production backlogs
  • Completes first article and process study reports
  • Completes special inspection projects for quality manager
  • Completes inspection reports and statistical reports for custoers
  • Calibrates a wide range of measruing and testing equipment
  • Coordinate and set up 3rd party calibration services, including sending tools out for calibration and tracking their status
  • Maintain calibration of inspection tools and equipment within the company’s calibration program
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned
