About The Position

The Quality Technician is responsible for helping to maintain quality standards of produced parts while adhering to the company policies and procedures. This role involves regular part inspections on the floor and in the laboratories, utilizing various gages and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts. The technician will operate computerized gauging in quality labs, perform inspection and disposition of gages, and complete weekly LPAs. Additionally, they will manage NCM inventory and organization, meet time and schedule standards, identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality systems, and provide input on improving operation efficiencies. The role also requires maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations, and operating machines in accordance with process sheets and any other required paperwork (i.e. drawings, specifications, etc.). All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
