Your role and responsibilities include assisting the local Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies, reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is Onsite.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experienced in utilizing a wide range of measurement instruments, including calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gauges, to ensure product accuracy.
• Proficient in computer applications with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a quality position within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with CompliantPro or similar quality management software is a plus.
• Preferred ability to obtain ASQ certification

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) by assisting with audits, process controls, documentation, and training while ensuring compliance throughout production.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data and KPIs accurately and on time to support decision-making, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Perform inspections using measurement systems and precision tools to ensure materials, products, and processes meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Train and support production teams on quality tools and methodologies, promote continuous improvement, maintain accurate quality records, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
