About The Position

The Quality Technician will work closely with the Quality Engineering team to ensure we deliver high-quality parts that meet our customer's needs while meeting internal cost objectives.

Requirements

Previous experience in MRB process will be plus
Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes
Project management experience and an understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Possess effective verbal & written skills
Good organizational skills & high attention to detail
Operate as a team or independently with hiring manager’s guidance

Responsibilities

Review filed non-conformance report and generated FA
Control return material storage within RMA area
Manage timely processing of RMAs to meet customer requirements
Coordinate material movement for further RMA processing/repair
Analyzes internal/external failures (RMA), suggest corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
Leads quality problem resolutions and drive root cause, preventative, and corrective actions.
Prepare and present field failure summaries on customer and field escalations. Prepare and present Quality Reviews to manager.
Work with Quality Engineering and Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to interpret the results of field failures and to draw conclusions and future recommendations.
Document lesson learned from the field failures and responsible to communicate with internal team for close loop action
Perform other projects and duties that maybe assigned.
