Requirements
- Support the on site quality and operations team in a food manufacturing setting.
- Importance of Good Manufacturing Practices in the manufacturing areas and the Quality Lab.
- Job may include QC testing of partially completed products, finished product evaluation for quality compliance to specification and reviewing and filing paperwork
Responsibilities
- Collect production samples and perform QC testing as needed
- Monitor and record product weights, quality evaluation and sensory as part of daily product showing
- Guide production in following of GMP to comply with Food Safety
- Assist with document review and filing
- Assist QA team with any ongoing projects
