Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained)
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, lab, or quality experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test finished goods, raw materials, and competitive samples
• Perform lab testing using ASTM and MSE methods
• Identify non-conforming materials and assist with quality control efforts
• Accurately log, analyze, and report test results
• Create and issue Certificates of Analysis for customers
• Label, track, and store sample retains and competitive samples
• Operate the QC Lab Line to produce film to specified thickness and quality standards
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration, and a clean, organized lab environment
• Communicate results with quality, production, and incoming shifts
• Follow all safety, food safety, and PPE requirements
