About The Position
A Quality Technician I is responsible for performing product inspections and audits of our quality control programs. They’re also responsible for sampling and testing of incoming components and raw material.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain and encourage positive attitudes
- Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Safely perform assigned tasks completely and efficiently.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Assist with first article layout, including reports for first piece submission, engineering changes, tool corrections, etc.
- Sample parts for final inspection and document appropriately.
- Comply with department policies, procedures and work instructions including the TASUS Quality Management System
- Participate in monthly meetings and lead TPS projects
