About The Position

Responsible for performing inspections, tests, and audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, and panel/module ‑ level assemblies to established specifications. Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and parts lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in ‑ process or final assemblies. Maintains supporting documentation and conducts sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and assembly builds. Reviews and reports performance data, ensuring raw materials, in ‑ process work, and finished products meet company and test standards. Determines or assists in determining inspection methods and procedures. May interface with customer quality representatives and suppliers as needed. Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams. Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained. Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards.

Requirements

• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with other inspection tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Conduct receiving inspection transactions in RIDs, reviewing material certs, and completing inspection reports
• Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards
