The Quality Technical Specialist position provides quality expertise to support Greetings end to end SKU level execution. The QTS is responsible protecting the Hallmark brand through addressing and/or resolving product quality issues specifically nonconformance to specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, SMART design, color reproduction, print and manufacturing. The Quality Technical Specialist integrates technical skills, manufacturing and materials knowledge and practical experience to ensure high quality Greetings/GPPE Product for the marketplace. The QTS also works with production center leadership on the execution of the Employee Own Quality System, problem solving quality issues, quality process improvement and analysis of quality metrics to drive results. This position is based in the Lawrence Production Center.
