POSITION SUMMARY Engineered Products is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production environment by ensuring conformance to blueprint requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in inspection and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various positions and environments.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of mechanical inspection and proficiency in the use of manual & visual inspection equipment: i.e., Calipers, gauges & calipers to take accurate measurements.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics and how they relate to the finished product.
  • Familiarize yourself with and comply with all safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.
  • Responsible for communicating with department leads when quality issues are found or when parts have been approved for production.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
