The Quality Team Lead will support the Quality Team by ensuring Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians can efficiently and effectively complete their daily tasks.

Requirements

One-year certificate from College or Technical School; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and understand detailed part prints
Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment, as appropriate

Responsibilities

Maintain hands-on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician
Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes
Review and Approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification
Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations
Assist in maintaining training of Team Members
Complete containment activities, as required
Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements
Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor
Conduct periodic audits of the processes
Ensure process documentation is being completed properly
Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed
Perform other duties, as assigned
