About The Position

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Quality Systems Supervisor to oversee critical systems that safeguard dietary supplements from start to finish. This is a key leadership role in quality and compliance at Ortho Molecular Products, a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements with over 35 years of stability and success in a team-focused, values-driven culture. This position is 100% on site Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, in Stevens Point, WI.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a related Science field or Business Administration; 2-4 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance environment required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Quality Systems
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in FDA regulated facility.
  • Supervisory experience in Quality Systems or related field.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and/or quality auditing and Good Manufacturing Regulations (GMP).

Nice To Haves

  • ASQ certification desired; CMQ/OE (Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence), CQA (Quality Auditor).
  • Process management and ERP systems experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, lead, and implement process efficiencies and improvements to assess quality initiatives.
  • Ensure direct reports meet performance expectations; contributing to exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Manage cGMP and other quality system programs that apply to the manufacturing, packaging, holding, and distributing of nutracutical products.
  • Assist with customer complaint investigation corrective actions.
  • Develop, monitor, refine and report on KPI's.
  • Manage environmental monitoring program including storage conditions of materials and products.
  • Assist in hosting regulatory agencies and customers performing audits.
  • Manage internal and external vendor audit program.
