Nice To Haves

• Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• 2-4 years previous QMS experience in a manufacturing facility environment
• High School Degree
• ASQ Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer QMS standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
• Schedule, lead external, internal and supplier audits and handle document control protocols
• Interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor QMS performance and spot defect trends
• Communicate quality metrics and expectations clearly between the factory floor, engineering teams and executive management
• Educate employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Navigate supplier discrepancies, customer complaints, and internal pushback diplomatically
