The Quality Systems Manager ensures that products and services meet consistent standards, overseeing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement across an organization while overseeing team members in a certain department to ensure it performing effectively. Their main duties include hiring and training employees, creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members. Managers will typically evaluate their department's current performance metrics and will develop plans, goals and strategies to help improve these metrics. They're also in charge of analyzing their staff's performances and aid and guidance to help these employees improve and advance in their career. They'll often provide performance reports on their department and team members to the leadership or executive teams.
