The Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. This role involves administering electronic QMS platforms, managing document control, and configuring systems. The manager will also plan and execute internal and external audit programs, host regulatory inspections and customer audits, and ensure adherence to quality policies across all departments. A key aspect of this role is facilitating root cause analysis and managing the CAPA process, as well as utilizing quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. The position also includes overseeing quality assurance personnel and communicating quality alerts.
