About The Position
The intern will work within the Quality Systems, Technical Training, and Continuous Improvement team, whose mission is to support the achievement of organizational objectives. They will support our clients by ensuring compliance with procedures and participating in process improvement. This internship is for Summer 2026 and is located in Mirabel, QC.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a context of tight deadlines.
- Good team spirit.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingualism is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects: process analysis, data extraction, identification of opportunities and risks related to processes.
- Lead and assist work meetings in various improvement projects related to work organization in both production and transactional environments.
- May be called upon to provide additional logistical support to the training and quality assurance group.
- May be called upon to participate in various committees or activities aimed at operational excellence.
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint application.
- Use Office 360 and Power BI software.
- Creation of weekly reports.
